He is a professional with extensive experience in the Hispanic, Latin American and Anglo markets in the United States in different industries and in the formation and development of small and medium-sized companies. With an outstanding career in various companies and management roles, he has demonstrated his expertise in market strategy, business plan creation and company formation. He began his career as co-founder of Premier Drinking Water in Los Angeles, California in 1994.
In his 30 years of managerial experience, he has worked at Expense Reduction Analysts, an English company, as Director of Sales and Franchise Operations for Latin America; Business Consultant at Midlands Latino Community Center, in Omaha, Nebraska; as Senior Business Consultant at Global Resources, Chicago, currently as Executive Director of Eliezer Diaz Strategic Business Consultant.

He has held leadership positions in industry-leading franchise companies such as MATCO Tools, where he was Market Development Manager in San Francisco and Operations Manager for Radiator Express, Los Angeles, a leading automotive radiator and air conditioning franchise; he also has extensive experience in managing commercial cleaning franchises: as Director of Operations; Stratus Building Solutions, Los Angeles and Jan Pro of Omaha as Director of Operations; and as Regional Director at Coverall of North America in San Francisco and Jani King in Houston.
